Processing Time
Each piece is custom-made after your order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delays
Because each item is custom-made, occasional delays may occur due to production volume, holidays, or shipping carrier issues. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your artwork is produced to the highest quality standards.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chaya Arts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at support@chayaarts.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with our print partner to arrange a replacement.
