Each piece from Chaya Arts is made to order through our professional print partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at:

support@chayaarts.store

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.

Additional Information

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun
  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process
  • Each piece is carefully produced and quality-checked by our print partner
